| Details: | SUMMARY: PWS does not have a cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: PWS was referred by Amy Parmenter for having no cross connection enabling authority or annual summary report (ASR) records. I met with Mrs. Roderick on Feb. 8 2007 and reviewed cross connection information and what the enabling authority allows and contains. I also reviewed how to fill out the ASR. The system has RV sites and I recommended AVB devices for the sites. I prepared a cross connection enabling authority and mailed it to her with instructions to have the owner sign and mail to Dewey Darold at DWP. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
