| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority / ASR assistance DETAILS: PWS does not have a satisfactory cross connection enabling authority on file with DWP. ASRs not submitted on a regular basis. I discussed the required content of the enabling authority with Dan and David. I provided copies of OAR 333-0061-0071, chapter 6 of UPC, and basic info on cross connections to them. I also reviewed how to complete the annual summary report (ASR) and submit to the DWP by March 31, 2007. I prepared a cross connection enabling authority for the system and mailed it to them on Jan 16, 2007. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
