| Details: | SUMMARY: CWS referred for assistance with cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: This CWS serves a mobile home park with 48 service connections and a population of approximately 84. The system is served by one permanent well plus a backup well. Ms. Poor is not aware of any cross connections or testable backflow devices in the water system. There is no written enabling authority (EA) for this system. Cathy Poor called me and asked that I provide a written policy that would provide EA for her system. She is currently in California and asked that I email all information to her. I modified the example EA to fit the needs of her park along with a cover letter that she can use when submitting a copy of the EA to the state DWP. I sent her an email with these attached along with the annual summary report form and instructions that she must submit to the state by March 31st. Finally, offered further assistance if desired upon her return to Bend in the spring. ACTION NEEDED: Ms. Poor needs to adopt the enabling authority document for her system and submit a copy to the state DWP. By March 31st, she also needs to submit the annual summary report. | ||
