Details: I have submitted instructions to Ms. Avila regarding repeat procedures via email.
It seems this system has recently became non-functioning due to a fire. No chlorine residual was recorded and the most likely cause of the positive.
I have asked that Ms. Avila request from me the inactivation of this system due to the closure, or continue monthly sampling with effective residuals. I am awaiting a response on the inactivation.
I will submit an L1 investigation form to her in the event I receive information of repeat positives or from lack of repeats which confirm.
