| Details: | Spoke with operator this morning He claims that he submitted 3 distribution and one well sample yesterday and received confirmation that all repeat samples tested positive following a positive routine sample. Discuss with owner/operator possibilities of coliform source. He reports that approximately one month ago the backflow device for the irrigation system needed repair. Pump company replaced the spring. During this event there was a power outage and most probably a backpressure event. Instruct operator on procedures for disinfection the well and distribution system. Follow this conversation with an email to operator summarizing our phone discussion. I remind him that 3 temporary routine samples will be required from the distribution system by the end of April and after a success disinfection has been confirmed. | ||
