| Details: | SUMMARY: Called Mr. Olson to determine owner and operator of this PWS DETAILS: I asked Mr. Olson if he owned Helton Tracts. He said no, Hiland Water Corp. did. I asked who was the certified operator. He said he was. I explained that a formal order was recently issued. He said his brother picked up for him and he would read it in three or four days. I explained that the order had several provisions he needed to be aware of. I also said that plans for the disinfection system needed to be submitted and approved before any changes are made to the water system. | ||
