| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response DETAILS: Called the manager, David. The 6/11/07 nitrate sample was collected in the hotel pantry by Dee Kinzel, who manages the Space Age Fuel facility next door. David had not gotten word of the result. David will get a copy of the lab report, either from Dee or Coffey Lab. David will also call their engineer to try and discover why the treatment system is not performing adequately. ACTION NEEDED: Treatment system performance needs to be optimized. Confirmation sample needs to be collected. | ||
