| Details: | SUMMARY: Inspected new well and reservoir, Plan Review 58-2004. DETAILS: A final approval letter for this project was issued by Bill Goss on 26 April 2007. We inspected the Well L73225 designated as SRC-CA, and the new 250,000 gallon glass-fused bolted steel reservoir. The Well GPS coordinates -- N 44-59-55.7 W 120-12-22.3 , WGS 84 +/- 21 ft accuracy. We also inspected the Clay Valve vault that separates the 2 pressure zones and allows mixing of water from the spring supply EP-A with the new well to reduce the fluoride level. We took a sample for fluoride at the sample station near the new reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Chemical samples were taken from the new well in 2005, but were entered for EP-A. Fluoride levels of the mixed water have been about 3.4 mg/l. Public notification will be required if recent sample is over 2.0 mg/l. | ||
