| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Visited the site on 6/28/07 to discuss possible options for resolution, Dan Reitz of oregon water services was also there. The system took four confirmation samples after shocking the system and all three distribution samples came back present for total coliform and the well sample came back absent. After discussing the issues they decided to install a chlorine injection system. The chlorine will be installed the first week of July and that should keep a residual chlorine level in the distribution system. Dan checked with Tom Charbonneau (plan review coordinator) and Tom approved the chlorine for residual maintenance. ACTION NEEDED: install treatment and take five routine samples in month of July 2007. | ||
