| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding TC alert sent out on 7/2/07 DETAILS: Contacted the water system regarding the coliform alert that was emailed out on July 2, 2007. The contact person, Doug Leehman, was out of the office at the time of the telephone call so Marla Bennet was informed about the alert. Marla was informed about the repeat sampling procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Collect four repeat samples within 24 hrs of notification from the lab. | ||
