| Details: | SUMMARY: 2nd quarter arsenic alert DETAILS: This system is doing quarterly monitoring for arsenic as a result of exceeding the MCL. This test was for the 2nd quarter of 2007 and the results were the highest levels yet for this system (0.021 mg/L). The system will have to pursue options of treatment or alternate sources and keep monitoring quarterly until test results are consistently under the MCL of 0.010 mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring for arsenic, implement approved treatment plan. | ||
