| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert response for arsenic exceeding MCL DETAILS: On May 24, 2007, we received an alert for arsenic with results ranging from 21 to 59 ppb. Called Martha Glanz to offer assistance and make sure that they are doing a public notice. Spoke to Mr. Glanz, he said they are working with a lab to evaluate treatment options and they distributed a letter yesterday to all users advising them of the arsenic problem. Told Mr. Glanz to be sure that a copy of the letter is sent to the state DWP. Also requested that a copy be sent to this office. ACTION NEEDED: Martha needs to submit public notice to the state DWP and develop a plan to treat for arsenic. | ||
