| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received email alert on 5/8/07. I contacted Heath Cokeley by telephone. Heath stated he was already aware of the positive TCR result and thought the cause may be sample collection error. He has already submitted repeat samples, one upstream, one downstream, at the source, and a random location. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples until all negative. All repeats came back negative on 5/9/07. Take 5 routine samples for next routine reporting period. | ||
