Details: SUMMARY: Emergency response plan and site security consultation DETAILS: Did a walk- and drive-through of the entire water system (well 01 and reservoir) with the water system operator and discussed ways to secure it effectively. Water system is currently undergoing security upgrades-- security fences with gates and locks are being put around both the well house and the reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: 1) Finish security upgrades as soon as possible 2) Update ERP contact list with most current names and phone numbers 3) Send a "Proof of Completion" form to Oregon DHS Drinking Water Program.
