| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will provide PN and collect five routines in April 07 DETAILS: The system had one repeat total coliform positive sample collected 4/11/07 at the church hose bibb. This is the third positive coliform sample collected at the church hose bibb since Dec. 06. The church is used intermittently- I suggested that it may not be a representative sample site for that reason. I recommended that the operator not use that site for the five routine samples this month and if the rest are negative, amend the CSP to exclude that site. The operator will check with the church pastor regarding the buildings use and recommend thorough flushing before using the water for coffee, etc. I informed the operator regarding PN requirements.
