| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 of 5 temp. routines taken 4/10/07 TC positive DETAILS: Barbara emailed me 4/12/07 to say, "we had two more failed samples this week- both taken from inside sources. I believe I have effectively cleared up any miscommunication with Coffey about sample sites now, and all future ones will be taken from outside hose bibbs as outlined in our sampling plan that you helped us put together." Note: Barbara indicated in another email later that same day that Coffey was going to cancel those two samples since they were taken from improper sites and come out the following week to resample. Apparently they didnt get cancelled and were sent in the batch which generated an alert. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. I will let Barbara know that these samples didnt get cancelled in case she would like to pursue the issue further with Coffey. | ||
