| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed 7.6 mg/L nitrate with operator DETAILS: I reviewed the nitrate M/R history with the operator- the trends are increasing levels with the highest generally April - October. The operator applies urea in the general area for crop production and the golf course could be a source of nitrate as well. The staff at the facility drink bottled water. I encouraged the operator to take whatever measure he could to reduce nitrate levels. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
