Details: SUMMARY: DHS-DWP grants extension for filter replacement DETAILS: The contact asked if he could begin operating the system next week despite not having provided upgrade of the filtration system to meet 2-log cryptosporidium removal. They expect to have an upgrade that meets long term 1 requirements in place in about 3 weeks. I deferred the decision to the DHS-DWP. Kurt Putnam called back and stated that they would allow the system to open prior to upgrading the system as described. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
