Details: | SUMMARY: The operator will provide PN for 2003 lead action levels DETAILS: I learned during my 5/15/07 sanitary survey of this system that four sites exceeded the lead action level in 2003. The system was an NP system at the time and samples for lead and copper for their own information. The system was officially re-designated a non-transient non-community system in 2005 but apparently has qualified as a non-transient non-community system since 9/03. The Corvallis school district owns and operates the school. Head Start uses the facilitys kitchen to prepare meals and the Early Intervention Program uses classrooms and offices in the school. The school district will provide public notice this week to Early Intervention Program users, Head Start users, and staff. The school district will be collecting a lead/copper round on 5/25/07, sampling all drinking water access sites in the facility. ACTION NEEDED: n/a |
