| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine TC 10/25/06 DETAILS: Jeff Wayne Sevier ("JW") called to discuss a routine water sample that was positive for total coliform. He will take 4 repeat samples ASAP and 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: If any repeat samples are positive, he will do public notice and send a copy to the Drinking Water Program. He will find out what the problem is and correct it before doing the 5 routine samples in November. The restaurant should close or use bottled water until the problem is found and corrected. | ||
