| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for zero chlorine residual- residual actually was above zero DETAILS: Responded to alert on 6/11/07 for zero chlorine residual in 5/15 routine sample. System adds chlorine for residual maintenance. Called operator Roger and he checked with the city lab and there was a data transfer problem and the daily chlorine residuals did not show up even though there was actually a residual of above zero. ACTION NEEDED: Continued routine coliform and daily chlorine sampling and reporting. | ||
