The firm has not had the UV system installed. The firm has not taken any further water samples since March. ACTION NEEDED: A total coliform public notice must be posted. The firm must continue not to serve the water to the public. Recommended the firm submit UV system information and where it will be installed to the drinking water office for plan review. | ||
