| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive alert DETAILS: I contacted Ora because one of the 5 routine coli tests, required to be taken in April, came back positive for E. coli. I told her to take 4 repeats immediately and then 5 routines in June. (To date, the 4 repeats were all fine. The 5 routines in June are now due.) NOTE: Additional phone number given is 591-0900-- fax number is 882-7933. ACTION NEEDED: 4 immediate repeats and 5 routines in June. | ||
