| Details: | SUMMARY: Lab error- no alert issued DETAILS: I discussed James and Sherrys positive coliform sample on 2/26/07 with Joe Carlson, James Grimes, and Spring Street Lab. Two questions were answered during this discussion. The five samples taken on 2/26/07 should have all been marked routines, not repeats, AND none of the 5 were positive, instead of 1 being positive and the rest negative. It was an entering error.
