| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected 05/31/07 tested positive for E. coli DETAILS: 06/04/07- The new operator put the wrong (too low) chlorine concentration in the injector solution. The system has not received any major use (operation begins June 15th). The system has been shocked and four repeat samples will be collected on 06/05/07. All system users are currently using bottled water. 06/07/07- Four repeat samples passed. I left a message on the Camp Latgawa voicemail notifying them of the results and reminding them to collect five routines this month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of June. | ||
