| Details: | SUMMARY: Two of the repeat samples collected on 06/08/07 tested positive for E. coli, one for TC only DETAILS: 06/11/07- The system was shock chlorinated on 06/09/07 and is currently being flushed. Special samples will be collected after the system has been allowed to run free of residual for a minimum of three days. The system has decided to continuously chlorinate and will be submitting plans for review soon. 06/13/07- I left Carol a voicemail requesting that she update me on the system status. Carol returned my call and notified me that they collected a special sample today. 06/15/07- Carol notified me that a special sample collected at space 37 tested negative for total coliform. They are in the process of installing continuous chlorination. Carol will send a copy of the public notice issued to the state and collect five routine samples at the beginning of July. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of July. | ||
