| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat 9/18/06, original routine and total coliform 9/11/06 DETAILS: Spoke with Jan Durette on the phone 10/31/06. She sent in 5 routine samples for October. She did not mail out public notice because she did not know of the positive routine sample until after the bills were mailed out. She did call the water system users, informing them of the positive coliform test. She did not know that a copy needed to be made of the public notice and a certification that she met all the public notice requirements and have them sent to the primacy agency within 10 days. ACTION NEEDED: Jan Durette will complete the public notice requirements with the primacy agency. | ||
