| Details: | SUMMARY: One positive coliform routine sample on 7/21/06 DETAILS: On 7/24/06 I spoke to Jim Nash (541-740-6579) with Stutzman Services regarding the positive repeat coliform samples collected on 7/21/06. Only one of the five routine samples came back positive. I suggested taking a sample from the entry point since the positive sample appeared to be near the entry point. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to do a second shock chlorination to the system prior to resampling. He believes he might have not used strong enough concentration for disinfection. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
