| Details: | The water system had collected a coliform bacteria sample on 3/9/20. It came back positive for total coliform bacteria. David stated he felt the samples were taken improperly (from the hot water tap). Three follow up samples were collected and all were absent for bacteria. The system did collect a nitrate sample, therefore the outstanding violations for not having collected these samples prior will be returned to compliance. System is the collect 3 routine samples in April. If the samples are absent for bacteria, the system can resume standard monitoring. The system has also been in talks with the City of Umatilla and are hoping to get tied in to the City's municipal water system in the next year. |
