| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat positive coliform routine samples on 08/07/06 DETAILS: On 08/09/06 I spoke to Jim Nash from Stutzman Services regarding the positive repeat coliform samples collected on 08/07/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. I offered using a free consultant from the circuit rider program at the state. I made a request to have a consultant visit the site and review the records. We set up a tentative meeting for 08/24/07 with operator, president, consultant, and me. I suggested using continuous chlorination if not other alternative solutions are found by consultant. He will continue to display public notice and resample. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
