| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint DETAILS: A tenant (Cathy Brown, 496-4906) called in and said that she was without water and the manager would not respond to her phone calls. I called the manager and found out that the primary well pump had gone out and the other wells were not able to meet the demand. The manager said that a new pump is to be installed today. The new pump is being shipped from Grants Pass and is to be installed by Tinkers Pump Service. The park will only have a minimal amount of water until the new pump comes on line. The manager said that all of the tenants have been notified to conserve water. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
