| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive sample on 7/16/07 DETAILS: Jeff, the lead operator, pulled 3 repeat samples on 7/19/07. He stated he would have taken them sooner, but he had no mail service until the 19th in order to ship the samples to the lab. He thought there may have been cross-contamination occurring at the spigot where he took 1 of the 3 samples. He pulled chlorine residual samples in the coliform positive area of the distribution system and they were in the range of 0.51 to 1.18. He also flushed that area of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to call the DWP if any of the repeats come back positive. | ||
