| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine quarterly taken 5/29/07 TC positive DETAILS: I left a message for Pastor John asking him to take 4 repeats and call me if any are TC positive because he will have to do a PN and correct the problem. Otherwise I told him to do 5 temporary routines in June (the 4 repeats will probably be taken in June, but they are tied to the initial routine which was in May, so the following month is June). I asked him to call me if he has any questions. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed at this time, will monitor repeat results. | ||
