| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly routine taken 5/31/07 TC and FC positive DETAILS: Debra Lambeth from DHS-DWP called this morning to tell me that Donna Fitzpatrick of Forest Haven had called to report an FC positive. I called Donna and she said that the May monthly routine was FC positive and that 4 repeat samples are scheduled to be taken tomorrow, 6/5. She said that they have been maintaining a chlorine residual the whole time- today it was 0.8 ppm. She suspects that contamination of the system may have occurred last week when a water main broke during the construction of a concrete pad for a new home site. ACTION NEEDED: I told Donna that we will talk again once the repeat results are in and then go from there. | ||
