| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will check equipment and collect confirmatory nitrate sample ASAP DETAILS: I informed the contact of the 5/29/07 nitrate result of 15.6 mg/L and the potential health consequences of a nitrate over 10. He was unsure whether the nitrate removal equipment had been maintained according to the manufacturers requirements. He stated that he will check on the maintenance and collect a confirmatory nitrate sample ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: I will call Elton 6/1/07 to check on his progress with the above. | ||
