| Details: | Phones are out in Glendale - called the alternate number given for office 541-492-1121. Was provided with alt number for Mr. Parks. Called and left a message regarding taking 3 repeat samples in distribution (one at same site as the positive) and a source sample within 24 hours due to E. coli positive. Left my contact number for a return call. Note that plant #3 has been closed for a week due to COVID19. Spoke with Jake Brady who has taken in on repeat sample. Advised to take in two more and a source sample at the well. He will do that on 4/9/20. 4/13/2020 Jake Brady contacted me about the source sample and two additional repeat samples; all were negative. Advised Jake that 3 temporary routine samples need to be taken in May, if all negative, then return to quarterly sampling schedule. |
