| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on TC positive sample from 6/21/2007 DETAILS: Bub said that the same person did the sampling. He took it from his own house which is at the end of the line. I told Bub to make sure the faucet where the sample is taken does not have a screen or swivel faucet. He was also informed that they needed to take 4 repeats and 5 samples next month. One repeat had already been taken and submitted to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
