| Details: | Contacted the operator to let him know about the follow up positive coliform samples. He was aware of the positives. They have decided to install a UV unit. Reminded the operator that any treatment installation will need plan review approval. He already has the plan review contact for OHA. I have performed a level 2 investigation in Feb. 2020. | ||
