| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Christy. She has ordered more bottles form Coffey Lab to collect the four repeat samples. Christy knew that the TC positive routine sample had a chlorine residual, but didnt think it was recorded on the lab slip. I reminded her that the chlorine residual needs to be written on the lab slip. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples. Further action will be based on those results. | ||
