Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 9/20/06 DETAILS: On 9/25/06 I spoke to Al Kitzman (water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 09/20/06 (received on 9/25/06). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He will do a shock chlorination as a corrective action. He already put a public notice at the campground earlier this month. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up.
