| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 09/01/06 DETAILS: On 10/11/06 I spoke to Roger Bitner regarding nitrate sample collected on 09/01/06 (received on 09/11/06). I told Mark he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. I recommended him to take a sample this quarter and the next three consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. I told Roger that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10 ppm), he is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
