| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 03/30/07 DETAILS: On 04/02/07 I spoke to Dave Gibs (541-740-3859) from M and N Well Drilling in regard to the positive coliform sample collected on 03/30/07 (received on 04/02/2007). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to take the four repeat samples tomorrow to be in compliance. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat and routine samples and follow up. | ||
