| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 01/25/07 DETAILS: On 02/02/07 I spoke to Dave Kammerer (water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 01/25/07 (received on 01/26/07). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He feels that the source of contamination was from installing a new pump in the well. He already shock-chlorinated but didnt flush the line where he took the sample. He will shock chlorinate again, flush, and resample. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
