| Details: | SUMMARY: Fluoride result 2.8 mg/l exceeds secondary standard. DETAILS: A fluoride sample taken 6/21/2007 showed a result of 2.8 mg/l. We reviewed public notification procedures for violation of the secondary fluoride standard. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to send public notification information to City so that notification can be completed in accordance to regulations. | ||
