| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 1/02/07 and positive repeats on 1/04/07 DETAILS: On 01/08/07 I left a message for Bob Conder in regard to the positive coliform repeat samples collected on 01/04/07. I informed him about the requirement for public notifications and shock chlorination as a corrective action. Also, I mentioned the sampling requirement after chlorination. I also told them about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow up. | ||
