| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP field visit DETAILS: Met with Mike today and discussed the need for an ERP at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club. I noticed the well head protective cover is not locked. I strongly recommended locking this area. All other equipment was found locked up. Please provide written procedures, call lists, and other security precautions to safeguard the well from contamination. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
