Details: SUMMARY: ERP field consultation DETAILS: Spoke with Ray Dhuyvetter today during sanitary survey about the need for a complete ERP plan. We discussed at length all the elements of this plan. Although he has now some elements such as call lists and security procedures, a more detailed outline of his protocols are needed. Please work on this ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
