| Details: | SUMMARY: Fecal positive sample taken 07/31 DETAILS: A sample taken 7/31 from the laundry room was fecal (E.coli) positive. The laundry room and 12 RV units are served by the well that has UV Treatment, and the UV system failed and the alarm was set off. NO CUSTOMERS ARE BEING SERVED BY THE WELLTHAT WAS FECAL POSITIVE The rest of the facility including the restaurant is served by the other well. The plumber who installed the UV unit has been contacted to repair the equipment. ACTION NEEDED: DWP faxed the sanitary survey letter of Dec 2006 which indicated maintenance requirements for the UV system. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER notification and instructions also faxed to water supplier for posting. | ||
