Details:	SUMMARY: 11/13/06 TC positive alert follow-up DETAILS: Left message with motel manager that owners need to submit 5 routine coliform tests this quarter (by end of March 2007) and asked if chlorinator is hooked up. If it is, daily chlorine residuals need to be documented. NOTE: Phone numbers- 541-365-4496: restaurant, 365-2228: motel ACTION NEEDED: March 20, 2007: Stopped by motel and spoke with manager about correction (my mistake!) that 5 routines are to be done the month following the positive same. She told me Phil Fields (owner) submitted 5 routines already and the results were all negative (i.e. good).
