| Details: | SUMMARY: 1/9/07 TC positive alert follow-up DETAILS: Spoke with owner George. Reminded them to take 5 routine coliform samples between April and June 2007 (2nd quarter). Water was not run before sample (TC positive) was taken. 5 repeats were taken 1/16/07 and came out negative. ACTION NEEDED: March 21, 2007: Called and spoke with owner Laura Crisel about correction (my mistake!) that 5 routines are to be done the month following the positive sample. She will get in 5 routines to water lab on Friday, March 23rd. | ||
